V3 Neo-Antique Series

The design of the V1 and V2 series, as well as the checkered stitching that is the essence of CGK, have been carried over, and cost-cutting has been achieved by changing the pickup and coating processes. The V3 series has been created in response to requests from customers for a more affordable price.

There are three color types: ‘Cream Pistachio’, a pale green with a classic feel; ‘Peach Pink’, a trendy, melt-in-your-mouth pink; and ‘Curacao Blue’, a retro blue with a satin finish

<Satin antique finish (matte paint)>
Conventionally, the body surface is finished with a glossy finish by repeatedly applying lacquer and sanding, but this series makes the most of the surface of the wood as it is (unevenness and grain), and only uses a minimum amount of wood sealer to seal the surface and lightly color it, eliminating the subsequent polishing process. As a result, the thin coating is easily scratched and may peel off, but the individuality of the wood and the sound of the body are brought out.

Just like a leather wallet or a pair of denim jeans, the more you use it, the more it will develop its own character and become your own unique guitar.

<Pickups and specifications>
Although it looks like a Telecaster at first glance, the body is made of mahogany, and the two single Alnico V pickups mounted on the neck and bridge give it a distinctive sound that is sharp but also has a fullness and warmth in the mid-range, making it suitable for a variety of genres of music. In addition, the satin-finished neck supports smooth fingering.

CGK (lacquer) coating is very delicate. It may react with heat, rubber materials, or acetone (such as nail polish) and melt, discolor, or peel off. When leaning against a guitar stand, we recommend using a cloth or a special cover for the rubber part.
